my second round of oyster opening didn't go well (it wasn't as though the 1st round went really well ;) ). i thought it would be easier with the experience of opening ONE oyster from the previous night, but NO... this was what happened....
the cuts on my thumb for being a glutton -.-i got the top cut first. then i told myself to be more careful and had another go, but the next time i worked the knife, i another cut!
lesson learned: always use a cloth to wrap the oyster and wear thick gloves when handling them. best if you wear oven mitts.

Baking at midnight
after watching Britain's Got Talent reruns, we went to tesco to get Ferrero Roche which were really cheap! and somehow i got myself into buying ingredients for making 4 different types of salads and baking a banana cake *wonders how*

(after) but why when taken out of the oven, it turned out like that wor??? WHY??!!?!?!!not forgetting the FOUR different kinds of salads which we prepared. TADA!!
4 saladsalthough all were prepared with the same Heinz Salad Cream, they all had a different taste.
p/s: couldn't finish any of the 4 salads, now i have a 4-in-1 salad in the fridge. hopefully i don't get diarrhoea from it..
