Sunday picnic!

it was bright and sunny on Sunday, who can resist going out for a walk? we packed our food and mat and off we went to the park!

after being in Cork for 3 years, that was my 1st time to the park which is a mere 10 mins walk from where i live.

i forgot the name of the bridge.. i think it was Mardyke Bridge. don't be fooled by this stout structure. the bridge moves up and down slightly when people walk on it. scary! i thought i was staring at the river for far too long..

it was not long before we found a nice spot on the grass, mat strewn out and food (Pringles and Oreos) dug into.
