Once and for all, MY NAME IS TSING WEIN TAN!!
My name is Tsing Wein. My surname is Tan. why is it so hard for people here to grasp that? I'm not Tsing. all my sisters are Tsing. I am Tsing Wein. call me Wein if u like. but not Tsing. and my full name is Tsing Wein Tan. Not Tsing Tan nor Wein Tan. sigh.. can't ang mohs accept that chinese have no middle names? we have a 1 or
2 syllable name and a surname. get it?
I have tried countless time to explain to my classmates that i am not Tsing. Don't call me Tsing. i told them that i have 2 sisters and all 3 of us are Tsings. so i do not respond to that name. then they'll go "ohh.. interesting". and the next day, they start calling me Tsing again. wtd!
it has come to a state where i don't even bother what they call me. if they wanna call me Tsing, be it. sigh.
not only that, at my dental hospital, my name always appears as Tsing Tan on name lists! grrrrrrr
some people also find it hard to pronounce my name. what's so tough? wtd.
Tsing - "sing" not "zing", "ching", and what nots!
Wein - "win" not "wayne", "wen", "when"!
Tan - "ta-an" not "ten" !
anyway, kudos to those who get my name right and pronounce it properly.
to those who don't, please, i hope u learn how to from this post.
it makes me want to stomp around in anger at how people disrespect my name!

hahaa... pity! its ok .. ppl here .. are even worst trust me.. all j are pronounced as y :P .. .so jacob becomes yakub :| wat the hell rite :P but then rite think abt it your TSING becoming SING.. like SINGH u know.. the punjabis with turban .. can be melin's cousin d hahahha .. im evil!!
