Thanks to bmibaby, i'm still here in Cork when i'm supposed to be in Manchester now. wth.
My flight to Manchester tonight was canceled due to "adverse weather conditions". my foot! all other flights managed to take off but why not this flight?? What crap is that? It was just some light rain and a bit of fog! if that's adverse weather conditions, what do you call a snow storm?? ughhh...
and what's more, they do not even cover transport expenses to and fro the airport. pay for my cab & bus fare damn it!
all i got was this crap piece of a paper.
even the phone number on it was wrong. what's up with that??
i then went down to the ticket desk to get them to put me on the next flight out, but the flight tomorrow is full. bah. so all i can do now is to get a refund on the ticket. and guess what? i've gotta write in to them. ya, WRITE in to get my refund! as if i've not got enough on my hands.
i'm so mad now i can't even construct proper sentences.

i'm just pissed that they're not bearing any responsibility. how can they just cancel and not compensate anything? what about those ppl who have important matters to attend to in Manc tonite?what about those ppl who have been looking forward to this trip for a long time? what about ppl who have no place to stay here in Cork?
i understand im not trying to defend them but its not worth it to be angry with them.hopefully we can manage to get our claim!
