i just returned from a 48 hour trip to Galway over the weekend. we left Cork Friday evening and returned Sunday evening.
Galway is indeed a scenic place, no doubt about it. i have pictures as proof ^^
and and and!! and i learnt how to adjust the shutter speed, aperture, and ISO on my compact camera! didn't know it could do that. hehe
we stayed in a hostel (The Galway City Hostel), located near Eyre Square. the hostel is nice, apart from the few strands of hair i found on my bed and under my pillow, the noise from the neighboring pubs and the fact that we were separated into 3 different rooms :)
Places visited include Bunratty, Cong Village, Connemara and Cliffs of Moher.
A coffee shop in Cong, opened by a quiet man?
They even have a quiet man museum. hmm.
